You can order a Tamböa through the Internet. Use the online buying system on the Choosing your Tamböa page. Another way of doing it is to send an e-mail to info@tamboa.com, specifying the model and key of your choice. As well, provide us with your postal address, telephone number, and credit card number and expiration date (Visa or Mastercard accepted). A shipment fee and appropriate sales taxes will be added to the price indicated. Shipping rates (Canada and USA):

One tamböa : 15$
Two tamböas or more : 20$

Delivery time (within Canada) is 2 to 5 working days. Allow a few more days for USA.

Outside Canada and USA: Please contact us to determine the shipping rate and delivery time.

In the case of damage during shipping, we will replace your instrument free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within two weeks of delivery for a refund. The instrument must be in perfect condition, an explanation for the return included, and the postal fee must be paid by the purchaser.
